Cat 5 generator ;)  With a D storm we are a quarter way through a busy season.  I still think there is potential for something to develop again off of the southeast coast over the next 10 days.  The same 850mb shear axis in place as it was 3 weeks ago.  The next front is forecast by most models to at least progress south of the outer banks if not farther.   We are starting to get a little late in the season for fronts to be dissipating that far south.  If they do they could fester in fire water.  Of note is the strong upper level ridging that keeps encroaching east with each function of this "heat wave".  Just a guess from me but upper level dynamics seem to be setting up favorable a little north and east this year.  TUTT a little weaker and a little farther southeast?  I don't know just seems like there's a bigger change in upper level dynamics setting up this year than there has been in the past couple.  Anything that can get caught and move up through the Southern Bahamas may run into some good stuff this year.
