I have read that this system won't develop because of the cold front and the shear it is meeting up with. I feel the opposite is true. My common sense tells me that it's BECAUSE of that reason I think this system could be a very dangerous one. If it becomes a tropical storm, it could turn extratropical. The system would expand quickly. Along with that tornadoes could be a major problem. The shear that would normally blow a tropical system apart in the hot summer months, at this time of year seems to act as fuel for it. We'll just have to wait and see. That's just my take as an observer over what I've seen over the past 5 to 6 years. Any thoughts?
