The reason Issac still looks disorganized...he is about to move into an area that has shear and you can see the outtermost clouds showing indications of it in the WV radar






Plus Issac is close to some dry air as you will see in this link

based on what i see on radar, a system is moving off of Tx whicgh could be a player in this pussing Issac a bit to the east indicating that the system in Tx will be moving into the SE states by next week, as incidated we are going to get rain again begining mon-tues time frame in SC.  (if we haven't had enough already)  My thinking is that this is going to give us all a run for our money and not do what the models say he will do and i think it's because of what is coming out of Tx....
