Ok this funny any more. Just got a report of 11.5 inches of rain less than 3 miles from my home. Just went outside to asses things.
Trees including coconut trees blown down in the streets.
Main road in neighborhood is flooded, lakes are completely full, and reaching 3 houses up the street towards our home. This is similar to what this neighborhood had during Irene 10 years ago. I live at one of the highest points in the neighborhood so no worries for me but some houses on main drag could get flooded.
Another heavy band just hitting us and a long band going all the way to Bahamas has us targeted.
