| Similar situation in Okeechobee. We have had over 9 inches of rain here, where feeder bans have trained over us since yesterday afternoon. Suddenly living in the shadow of the dirt, muck and mud Herbert Hoover dike has lost it's charm, and it is still raining. Good luck to everyone, especially those on the northern gulf coast now. Talked to a friend of mine, who was one of those trapped in NOLA after Katrina, and she says that they are very nervous up there. |
