When I saw the first Typhoon heading to Kadena the very first thought in my head was 2004 hurricane season, I choose not to say anything but I can't do that now.  I just can't get that thought out of my head.  The good thing, imho, they seem well prepared more so than most of us here.   I am sad for the poor that don't have the same quality of buildings etc... the better off have.
