ECMWF/GFS: 50 mph winds Wed/Thurs over New Jersey

Notice how the ECMWF has 50 mph winds over much of New Jersey, and the GFS has some 50 mph winds very close to the New Jersey coastline.

Driving in NJ and NYC might become even harder than it is now by the time all the rain has fallen Wednesday due to water running over roads, but I'm no expert. High winds might put the power out again, etc....

IMHO, I would simply do what it takes to get out of the area, maybe visit some family or friends further inland, just in case. The soil must already be saturated so there could be more flooding inland.
