| What you have seen is what some people call HARRP, its when the NEX radar fires up for a time and beams out and you get that circular target looking thing on radar. Lots of conspiracy theories out there abpout HARRP that you can find if you do a you tube serch on it, people out there think that HARRP is responsible for the strange weather phenomina in the US that occur after a HARRP radar signature is seen. I don't buy into that crap personally, but figured I would throw that out to you since you were asking. :) |
