| Many models still are not picking up on Dorian reforming because of these hostile winds. Depends on the forward movement of what is left or Dorian right now. If it slows down, then the winds may become more favorable, but if it keeps continuing on it's current track then, no i do not see any chance of this reforming. I think is why reconnisance is going back in to investigate. |
