It has no shot to develop unless it can survive until  the  florida  straits  and  upper  level  winds  will  be a bit  less  hostile,  ex dorian  has no  model  support  at  all,  so  we  will  see,  it  has  been a  hard  system to figure  out  and  sure  refuses to  die
