The guy that post Palm Harbor Forecast Center Blog has some really good analysis in my opinion. He keeps talking about a upper level anti-cyclone that was over the disturbance and now has been just to the west of this thing...he says that is what is causing the 15-20 shear that is currently hindering the vertical stacking of this disturbance. Nonetheless, it is another system having major trouble getting its act together.
