I like the "Shortwave IR" on the floater page at night:

I think this particular area is just too split at the moment to do much of anything. Not that it can't if it sticks around awhile, but as for anything quick, it's just too unorganized at the moment.

At 8pm the NHC had the center as shown on this map:

You can see from the Shortwave IR imagery that the main rotation is not there. Until the main rotation and the ghostly swirl get together, or the main rotation is where something reforms to the surface, this will likely be just rain. Rain like the torrential downpour I am getting right now. (which might be in some way related to 92L)
