It seems like they are more certain now. Although, they do use that word "broad", so I guess they could be waiting to make the final decision as to whether it merged with anything. By the way, some of the research missions have been canceled today. Air Force recon will continue as long as Gabrielle could be a threat to Bermuda. Not 100% sure about what research missions are on and which are off. At least one P3 seems to be scheduled for research, assuming the date was correct in today's plan of the day. GlobalHawk should have taken off at 10am EDT, but data stopped before it left.
