Some satellite loops on NOAA site now don't require plugin to pause loop

Java is very insecure and Flash has been insecure a lot more recently, but now for at least some of the loops on the NOAA site you don't need a plugin:

It's under the HTML5 column. This is good for mobile too. Previously you could view an animated gif image on mobile, but you could not pause it. Now you can use this. They are not available for everything yet, like floaters.
