I didn't look at water vapor last night. It looks like the ULL might have killed the rotation that was looking a little better just to the SW of it, east of Florida. Now it is back to looking like something could form, if it did, anywhere near Florida, on either side. The NHC dropped it for now. (10% at 8pm through 5 days, not being mentioned at all at 2am)
