Shalista......I too am a resident of South Carolina......along the coastal area of Myrtle Beach......just inland some 7 miles or so in the community of Socastee.

Our entire state suffered much damage from the heavy rainfall last October. Just here in the area where I live we received some 18-20 inches of rain. Other areas South of us and inland received much more. Couple that with the very wet winter and spring.....many people in this state are still recovering.

Hopefully South Carolina will not see a repeat of last October.
