Thunderstorm chances for our area currently backed down to 20% Saturday and Monday; 0% Friday. Panhandle looking good for those fleeing East Coast predicted wetness. Water has been fabulous - clear emerald green, the best. Rental houses, condos and hotels already starting to fill up. Of course our turn for TS threats could be next, but for now we'll make hay while the sun shines!

P.S. Note chances for tropical or sub-tropical development of the East Coast system are now up to 60% over five days. Big bummer for beach goers and picnickers up there. Rats!
