Fear a repeat of Mississippi during Katrina for area where Harvey made landfall

All the destruction going on in Houston area has now overshadowed what happened in Port Aransas and Rockport. I am concerned they are going to be forgotten in all of this. If you look at the roads into the area they are all blocked by flooding to the north. The only way to get relief into the area from the east is via Dallas through San Antonio and then back eastward into the area.
