| Indeed. And what worries me is this: Let's say we start seeing some moderate to heavy wind shear over the GoM. That will prevent an extreme wind event from striking areas impacted by Harvey, but it absolutely does not guarantee there will not be another significant rain event in those areas. Even a depression would be enough to wreak havoc in Harvey's wake. |
