6:50pm EDT Sunday: 961mb sonde, with 16 knots of surface wind
Posted by Chris in Tampa on 9/3/2017, 7:11 pm
Usually the vortex has the reading from the sonde for the sea level pressure and then the surface wind in the remarks section. This time, they reported 960mb in the vortex. Normally they would have had 961mb in the vortex. I only see the one sonde in the NHC archive for the center.
