Probably just a wobble. But I do think this could be a curveball that only the UKMET saw coming. Looking at the water vapor, there really isn't anything that's going to pull this north anytime soon. This has the potential to stay on a more westerly track that puts the entire eye wall into inland Cuba. That's going to definitely knock some of the power out of this storm.

Then two questions come to mind:
1) How much will it re-generate once it does get back into the water, and will it have enough time or will the trough's effect hinder its development? When storms get picked up by troughs, they don't always rapidly intensify.
2) What will this do to the models forecast? Are they going to change it to go more west because of this or keep it virtually the same?
