I am asking as a question. Why would they label that number as suspect since the pressure is at 931 which is lower than Harvey was at landfall and that is the same wind speed Harvey had at landfall.
The only strange thing is that Max flight level winds are so low compared to surface, aren't they typically higher. What ever is going on she is done with ERC and with that temperature difference she is getting ready to do something. |
