Update: The FTP site works again, at least for now.

In other fail news, since about 8pm EDT tonight the FTP site that I get recon data from doesn't work. Recon data is available through the NHC site, just not the main NOAA FTP site. My system is only designed to get it from the NOAA FTP site in real time. (Though it does as a backup check the NHC archive, but that can be a half hour or more delayed) I am adding data manually for now and am looking into temporarily coding the system to get data from the NHC's main site.
