Hopefully someone.....somewhere within the FEMA organization and individual state governments are considering plans for mass evacuations. Particularly where evacuees will go even if lockdowns are in place. Waiting until the last minute is not acceptable.
However given the weak/slow response to the Covid-19 outbreak.....I for one am not holding my breath. |
