It's precisely because the SFWMD radar (like so many others) covers such a "broad area" that it's useless for our purposed here. We want to see a very close in, detailed radar of our immediate area that will show us every little looping precip spot on the map that might be heading our way before we go outside to bike or do anything else. The NHC radars using Flash have been PERFECT, but so goes the world.
