NHC surface forecast now has it as a possible tropical cyclone starting with the 24hr surface forecast:

GFS continues to develop it more than the Euro. We'll see how that goes over the next 24 to 26 hours.

I know many of us are looking at it in the longer term, but in the shorter term, as the NHC says:

"Interests in the Windward and Leeward Islands should closely
monitor this system as it will likely be moving through that region
on Friday."
