Still strengthening. Air Force recon exiting into the Northwest Quadrant:

Flight Level Wind (30 sec. Avg.): 170 mph
Peak (10 sec. Avg.) Flight Level Wind: 176 mph
SFMR Peak (10s Avg.) Sfc. Wind: 182 mph

Through 1:07am EDT. Well timed exit to the northwest while convection was particularly intense there.



928mb pressure measured by sonde in center.

Wind was not technically available at the surface, but just above the surface at 927mb it was 20 knots. So the pressure is likely 926mb.
