I don't know if shear just go to it, or if maybe shear caught it during an ERC. It's starting to look a bit more symmetric again tonight. I guess the small size helped it to weaken fast. It could strengthen fast because the core wasn't large, but then it was more susceptible to weakening fast.
I guess an issue later on will be that it will grow in size. It's impacts would be felt over a greater area if it were to get closer to land later on.
I'll also be interested to see if Margot has any impact on the track, whether positive or negative, in terms of a potential landfall. Will it be close enough to impact the steering of Lee at all?
