Yes, I see it too; great observation.
From what I see on CIMSS; there looks to be a mid-level circulation at 700mb.
UL winds look to be running about 30 to 40 knots over it.
That will defintely knock the top off any cu-nimb's trying to fire.
Appears like an UL Jet is focusing over it.
However, shear is dropping to the west and south.
Looks like shear will clear out nicely in 24 to 36 hours.
