Yes, I see it too; great observation. From what I see on CIMSS; there looks to be a mid-level circulation at 700mb. UL winds look to be running about 30 to 40 knots over it. That will defintely knock the top off any cu-nimb's trying to fire. Appears like an UL Jet is focusing over it. However, shear is dropping to the west and south.
