I think it is more mid-level; around 700mb.
UL winds have shifted very nicely with good divergence.
Updraft must be very strong. It altered the UL-Low that is to it's NW. 200mb vorticity shows the hole it created over the convection.
I am watching for some big Cu's to punch through and maybe an anti-cyclone to form later.
