CMC showing development off GA / SC Friday

A 1010mb low is currently sitting over the middle of the state of GA along a stalled front.
A chance it could move into the Gulf-Stream and possibly spin up.
Buoy winds are already moving in the right direction.
Need to see if other models get on board.
Looks like one of those iffy shear-borderline scenarios.
Nice UL ridge, just south of the front.
