RUC Analyzed at 1012mb.
Shear is high north of the COC and drops off to very light south of the COC.
Little convection at the moment due to convective capping.
Cap should break early afternoon with forecasted CAPE of around 1500.
700mb Temps will be running at 5C all day.
A very good chance convection will inititiate later today.
