this system will go in the caribean and its looking very good rigth now. there is 30 mph shear north of guadalupe, bearlly any shear south of it...I expect this system to go south of guadalupe late today. Lets us not forget that ull northwest of the invest is moving parallel to the invest wich means it migth very well enhance the rotation and out flow of this system.
