Looking at water vapor imagery, it seems that the trough ahead of 97L is moving much slower, if at all, when compared to the computer models. I know this disturbance has been flaring up quite a bit (TUTT enhanced?), but I'm not on board with the development until I see TUTT begin his retrograde.
