Could very well be. I'm wondering if one of the "yellow circles" will sap the energy of the other. You notice the energy from the Carribean and the wave there is spilling up over the islands now. Perhaps out of all this mess, one storm will form, and if so, it looks to run up the east coast. If I had to bet, the ultimate focus will be the Carribean system, with its energy moving up into the Bahamas, and then gathering strength there (vast moisture pool--yellow circle already there), with cyclogenesis perhaps occuring in the Bahamas, but with the primary energy source being 97L from the Carribean.
