Sat Loop showing vast moisture pool and Carribean System moving toward Bahamas

I think the best chance for cyclogenesis will be when Carribean moisture works its way north of Hispaniola and into the Bahamas. In that case, we could have a set-up for some kind of run up the east coast (we've seen that before in July, from the Bahamas). Hurricane Bob comes to mind (whas is '91???). Sat Loop.
