Lots of time shear-induced MCS's spin. Probably was one of those times. I think the circulation must be just at the top of the boundary layer; i.e. about 5000 ft (850mb). All SCATS and IR Surface Wind analysis show nothing at the surface though other thatn just a wave.  |
