98E & 99E and Atlantic Tele-connection

Looks like 99E in the EPAC, currently at 10N 121W, will fire up to at least a Cat 1.
98E at 13N 111W has a strong anti-cyclone overhead.
This could throw a wrench into possible development in the Atlantic this week.
This could increase UL flow into the Atlantic Walker cell and generate more subsidence in the Atlantic.
Currently it looks like the strongest subsidence zone is centered at 12N 44W.
Some shear induced convection is firing a 9N 29W.
But, no 850mb vorticity with it.
More than likely it will poof closer it gets to the sinking air.
