I think it's part of their 5pm forecast package..

There was an advisory, they did talk on possible regeneration.

But, they did put out a 5pm advisory and I think that it was simply part of the package... correct me if I am wrong.

Also, note that the flow is the same as earlier waves... one will connect and spin up... see wave from yellow box is where td2 could be in a few days...

sign of things to come..
