| I had just posted a reply to your earlier post. But with troughing in the W Gulf, and the ULL in the W Atlantic, a niche has developed inbetween (over the SE GOM-Keys for development of something of an upper level high. At the least more positive conditions for development in that local area, with a "surface trough" beneath as stated by the NHC. |
