I say development in the next 24 hours in the Gulf

After looking at radar and satellite images this evening.....I say another tropical system may be developing in the near future. Surface pressures are now begining to fall. Upper level winds look good enough to support a tropical cyclone. If a storm develops. It will only have less than 48 hours to do so. I say a weak tropical storm at best 40 to 50 mph. The waters are very warm and quick development is possible.

NHC has the Gulf of Mexico as an invest satellite link already
