Big Question on Big Bill

and would like some thoughts... not models or tracks but thoughts of people here..

Bill is a puzzle, somewhere here is an image i posted http://hurricaneharbor.blogspot.com/

Check it or any close in image...

He is so bottom heavy and anchored... strongest convection and winds are not in his center but the long southerly band..

How many storms like this have had a hand off of energy from an old weak center to a strengthening center in their bottom band. I know I have seen it before but can't remember when.. want to say late 90s or early 2000s but am sure it has happened many times.

Not saying that will happen but unless the center gets strong... it will not go north out to sea at he first chance because it will stay on the lower end of the intensity forecast.

Does that make sense.. if not ... give thoughts please because he is very compelling to watch and wonder on.

Thank you... trying to stay off nhc site a bit and  read here for a while.
