IMHO, Nova Scotia should offer residents tax credits for taking vacation (hotel, gas, restaurants bills, etc...) if this forecast remains in 24 hours.

On the other hand, perhaps residents should bunker down and board up windows, etc....

I'm sure they have hurricane emergency procedures, right?

I may be jumping the gun here, but 3 days can go pretty fast, and it is hard to do much in the dark after the squalls have hit.
