Me thinks you're going overboard with those ideas. Tax credits for vacationers is silly at any level - and anyway, we're talking about Coastal Northerners; these are very hardy people. What they go through every winter would turn us into blabbering blobs of jelly. They'll handle this storm without falling apart.
