Target... While I understand that you are frustrated that this system is not yet classified as a Tropical Storm, I don't understand what that has to do with "Stupid university taught mets". Watching the tropics from your computer is a lot like watching a football game on TV; it's very easy to criticize from the comfort of your couch. Getting paid to forecast the tropics, or win a football game, is not as easy as it looks.
