| At this point, I tend to favor the GFS (more westerly course). I's assuming not much strengthening for a couple of days, but then growing to hurricane force days 3-5. At that point, there may well be some turn north, but perhaps too late for the East Coast. At this very early stage, I would favor a possible strike my central Fl-Charleston Sc. (and leaning toward the southern end). I think it may pass very close to the central and then north Fl coast, no matter what. |
