I know Jac, like anything else this season its gonna be tough going. Probably no development in Gulf. If it does occur, I'm still looking toward the central gulf just off the NW tip of the Yucatan. I think the upper air enviroment is somewhat more stable there, but nothing to write home about. And speaking of the hostile conditions so far this year, Fred has now joined Ana, Danny, and Ericka in hurricane heaven, as tropical systems which expired over open tropical waters without interaction of land.
