I live inside the I-95 corridor north and west of Charleston SC, and our leaves fall, usually, around Thanksgiving.
I was stationed in Jacksonville, FL and Pensacola, FL for a time when I was in the Navy, and the leaves fell early winter there, also.
I dont know. The graphic seemed a little odd to me, is all.
