ST Melor to be slowing down.

According to CIMSS Melor will have slowed down to 95 kts long before hitting Tokyo. Japanese Metrology Agency agrees. I hope Melor drops even lower. TY 0918 (Melor) Issued at 12:50 UTC, 5 October 2009
