*Tie, because power went out just a couple of hours before each of their respective landfalls, and we lost most communications about the storms and what they were doing.
Brief reasonings:
Ida - November oddity, hit me
Emily - powerful and very early
Ike - best chance of seeing what 1900 looked like
Gustav - The New Orleans close call
Dennis - Cat 4, very very early, came my way
Charley - Tampa close call, power
Rita - Gulf of Mexico monster
Wilma - THE MONSTER
Ivan - Hit me, very powerful, was coming head on before turning
Katrina - Duh ....................
